R-Fill-4, Automatic Injectable Vial
Liquid Filling with Rubber Stoppering & Vial Sealing Machine
is a very compact model which requires less space. This
machine is specifically designed for filling, Stoppering &
Sealing for Small Batches / R&D Purpose. This machine
performs three operation Filling, Rubber Stoppering & Vial
Sealing. This machine can also be used for both Full & Half
Stoppering. |

Operation |
|
This machine is
capable of performing Three operations i.e. filling, rubber
stoppering & vial sealing. This machine is capable of handling vials from 2 ml.
to 50
ml. with the help of different change parts. This machine is fully equipped with
gadgets like PLC system, Sensors etc. First of all sterilized vials are loaded
on the
Turn Table and from the Turn Table the vials are feeded to the Forcep type
guide.
This Forcep type guide moves in eccentric direction and transfers vials with
equal
distance under filling nozzle. The filling mechanism is provided with rotary
type
syringe, which is controlled through servo motor. The major advantage of this
type
of filling system is that it gives perfect filling accuracy, the filling volume
with
respect to the syringe range can be adjusted through the PLC no need of any
manual adjustment required in the syringe. After filling
operation, forcep type guide transfers vial towards rubber stoppering
unit. Rubber stoppering is done by pick & place mechanism, which can perform
full & half stoppering operation. From the exit end of the chute rubber stopper
gets
placed on the pick & place arm and when vial reaches below the pick & place arm
it
will be sensed by a sensor which in turn operates the Pick & Place arm. The Pick
&
Place arm holds the rubber stopper with the help of vacuum and while coming
down the vacuum is released resulting in the placement of rubber stopper on the
vial. “No Rubber Stopper in chute machine stop sensor” is provided in the
machine
to avoid movement of un stoppered vial on the forcep guide. After filling &
Rubber
stoppering the vial moves towards the sealing unit. A sensor is provided after
stoppering unit, which ensures that if there is no rubber stopper in vial then
the
sealing will not come in to action. Same way a sensor is provided for no vial no
sealing. From exit end of the chute, the vial picks up the cap then it moves
towards
the sealing head. A cap die is provided which holds the cap & vial for sealing
operation. The sealing head moves down and holds the vial which has cap
partially placed on the vial for sealing operation, simultaneously the vial
starts to
rotate with the help of bottom motor and at the same time sealing roller moves
inside to perform the sealing operation. After the sealing is over the sealed
vials
are transferred to the collection tray. |
